摘　　要：凝析气藏开发过程中的经济效益主要受开发过程自身特点的影响 ,反凝析现象的出现带来了一些特殊的经济问题。选择经济合理的开发方式、实现地下地面的整体规划 ,提高凝析油的采收率 ,成为了当前经济评价工作中迫切需要解决的难题。文章针对气田的特殊地质条件、地理状况和开发实际情况 ,建立了一套适应凝析气藏开发的技术经济评价方法。针对两种不同开发方式 (衰竭式开发和循环注气 )及其相配套的地面回收工艺 ,分别进行了开发钻井工程、地面建设工程、公共及系统工程投资估算。考虑到开发变量对采气成本的影响 ,将成本项目划分为 7大类别 ,并进行了预测。对于单井经济极限问题 ,选取单井控制极限储量和经济极限井距作了分析。整套评价较为完整地考虑了各个影响因素 ,着重分析了凝析气藏开发特征对经济评价方法的影响。提高了评价的准确性。该方法应用于某凝析气田 ,对 12个不同的开发方案进行技术经济指标优选 ,结果证实了可行且具有一定的适用性。The economic returns of condensate gas reservoir development is mainly related to the development process' own charact ers and the occurrence of retrograde condensation causes some special economic p roblems.How to choose an economic reasonable development scheme,to realize integ rated surface & subsurface planning and to improve condensate recovery coefficie nt are the difficulties necessary to be solved urgently in economic evaluation a t present.In the paper,according to the special geological,geographical and deve lopment circumstances of condensate gas fields,a set of technical economic evalu ation methods of condensate gas reservoirs are put forward;the investments in de velopment drilling engineering,surface construction engineering and public & sys tem engineering are estimated respectively in light of the two different develop ment schemes (depletion type development and circulating gas injection developme nt) and their relevant surface recovery processes;the items of cost are divided in to seven categories and their being forecasted is carried out in consideration o f the influence of development variables on gas production cost;and the single w ell econonic limit is analyzed in accordance with single well limit control rese rves and economic limit well spacing.Various influence factors are wholly consid ered in all the evaluation methods,in which the effect of condensate gas reservo ir development characteristics on the economic evaluation methods is emphaticall y discussed,thus raising the accuracy of evaluation.Through optimizing the techn ical economic indexes for twelve different development plans of one condensate g as field,it is proved that these methods are of a certain applicability.
