摘　　要：韶关市化工厂硫酸需扩能 ,原酸冷却铸铁排管已腐蚀严重 ,为此分步骤将酸冷却器改用阳极保护管壳式酸冷却器。介绍其工艺技术参数及使用效果 ,改造后酸性污水排放量减少 ,节约用水 2 0 5 m3/ h,开车率达 97.8%As the capacity enlargement of concentrated sulfuric acid in Shaoguan Chemical Plant, the corroded cast iron pipe cooler was replaced by shell and tube concentrated sulfuric acid cooler with anodic protection and the technique parameters and operation are presented. The amount of discharged acidic wastewater has been decreased, 205 m\+3/h water are saved and operation rate reached 97.8%.
