摘 要:本文详细介绍了采用X 射线衍射测定YBa2 Cu3Ox 中氧含量的实验细节并采用此法测定了六个样品的氧含量 .结果表明 :分别在空气和氧气中生长的名义成分为 12 3+ 15wt.% 2 11+ 0 .5wt.%CeO2 的样品的氧含量分别为 6 .6 3和 6 .76 .经渗氧处理后 ,氧含量分别增加至 6 .88和 6 .94 .在名义成分为 12 3+ 15wt .% 2 11+ 0 .5wt.%Pt的样品中也得到类似的结果 .本文对采用X 射线衍射测定YBa2 Cu3OxMeasurement of oxygen contents in YBa\-2Cu\-3O\-x single crystals by the X-ray diffraction technique has been described in details and six samples have been measured in the present paper. The results showed that the oxygen contents of as-grown YBCO samples with a nominal composition of 123+15wt.%211+0.5wt.%CeO\-2 prepared in air and in flowing oxygen were 6.63 and 6.76, respectively. After oxygen annealing, the oxygen contents increased to 6.88 and 6.94. Similar results were found on samples with a nominal composition of 123+15wt.%211+0.5wt.%Pt. The rationality of these results and the precision of measurement of oxygen contents by X-ray diffraction have been discussed.
