高白度高强度杨木APMP制浆中试研究

摘　　要：使用内蒙河套小美旱杨进行了不同用药水平的APMP两段浸渍制浆研究。研究结果表明 :碱性H2 O2 两段浸渍工艺可以大幅度提高浆料强度性能 ,降低磨浆能耗 ,漂白与制浆一次完成并达到高白度 ;纸浆的强度指标与浸渍处理的用碱量有关。适宜浸渍工艺条件 :H2 O2 6 % ,NaOH 6 .4%。纸浆质量可以达到如下质量指标 :抗张指数为7.2 4N .m2 /g ,耐破指数为 4.19kPa .m2 /g ,撕裂指数为 4.6 0mN .m2 /g以上 ,白度 83 .8%ISO ,不透明度 76 .1%。磨浆能耗仅 1130kWh/t。 2 %H2 O2 的进一步常规漂白 ,可使纸浆白度达到 87%ISO以上。H2 O2 用量 (% )与纸浆白度之间存在线性相关 ,回归方程为 :Y =6 .5 5x +4 5 .5 (R =0 .99,SD =1.5 2 ,P =0 .0 1)The objective of this work was to optimize the chemical impregnation conditions for poplar APMP process,and to improve the quality of poplar APMP pulp,aimed at produce high grade of paper products as used in the product partly instead of chemical bleached pulp.The properties of two_stage impregnation alkaline peroxide mechanical pulps with conditions of different H 2O 2 application amount of 3%-6% H 2O 2 were investigated.The results show that the process used for poplar was a energy saving operations to give pulps with good quality. There is a good regression relationship between the total H 2O 2 charge ( X ) and the pulp brightness ( Y ) : Y= 6.55X+45.5(R=0.99,SD=1.52,P=0.01).At the total chemical charges of 6% H 2O 2,6.4%NaOH,the following pulp properties could be obtained:tensile index of 72.4 N.m/g,burst index of 4.19 kPa.m 2/g,tear index of 4.60 mN.m 2/g as well as brightness of 83.8%ISO,opacity of 76.1%,And the specific energy consumption is only 0.70 MJ/t oven dry pulp.Further bleaaching by 2%H 2O 2,more than 87%ISO of brighthess could be reached.The alkalinity in the impregnation stage could influence on the pulp strength property.
