摘　　要：目的·· :研究吗啡急性给药、吗啡依赖及戒断对大鼠心脏心钠素基因表达的影响。方法 :·· 利用斑点及Northern杂交技术检测大鼠心房的心房钠利尿因子信使RNA(ANF -mRNA)含量。结果··:吗啡急性给药、吗啡依赖及戒断时大鼠心房ANF -mRNA含量均升高。结论·· :吗啡急性给药、吗啡依赖及戒断时大鼠心脏心钠素基因表达均增强。Objective: To study the effects of acute administration of morphine, morphine dependence and withdrawal on rat cardiac atrial natriuetic factor (ANF )mRNA gene expression. Methods: Contents of rat atria ANF-mRNA were determined by dot blot and Northern blot hybridization.Results: Compared with control group, atria ANF-mRNA contents of all experiment rats increased.Conclusion: Both acute administration of morphine, morphine dependence and withdrawal enhance rat cardiac ANF gene expression.
