补散方治疗复发性单疱性角膜炎再复发的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨中西医结合防治复发性单疱性角膜炎再复发的效果。方法　将 86例 ( 93眼 )复发性单疱性角膜炎随机分为中西医治疗组 48眼和对照组 45眼 ,治疗组除用西药外 ,还服用中药 ,随访 1 4～ 32月。结果　治疗组治愈率为 81 .2 5 % ,对照组为 48.89% ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;复发率治疗组与对照组分别为 3/36、9/2 2 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　补散法能提高复发性单疱性角膜炎的治愈率 。Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to prevent recrudesced HSK(herpes simplex keratitis,HSK) from recurring Methods 86 cases(93 eyes) with HSK were randomly divided into two groups:integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine 48 eyes and control group 45 eyes,the treated group was given traditional Chinese medicine besides western medicine,the mean follow up was 18 6 months(range from 14 to 32 months) Results The cure rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 81 25%, and the control group was 48 89%(χ 2=6 03,P<0 05),the recrudesced rate was 3/36 eyes in the study group,and 9/22 in the control group(χ 2=6 95,P<0 05) Conclusions Busan Recipe could raise the cure rate of recrudesced HSK,and prevent HSK from recurring
