摘　　要：目的　探讨冷沉淀在痔瘘科的应用价值。方法　 1 92例患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组术后创面外用冷沉淀 ,对照组术后创面用常规药物处理 ,比较分析两组创面愈合时间的长短。结果　实验组肛周脓肿、肛瘘、痔疮病人创面平均愈合时间比对照组分别缩短 5 .68d,6.0 1 d,1 .87d。Objective To observe the effect of cryoprecipitate in the treatment of postoperative wound of the patients with perianal abscess or anal fistula or hemorrhoid Methods 192 patients were divided into two groups. The cryoprecipitate was smearedover the postoperative wound in the experimental group while the routine remedy was placed on the control group .The mean healing time of the two groups were observed and compared Results Compared with the control group, the mean healing time of perianal abscess? anal fistula and hemorrhoid in experimental group was 5 68days?6 01days and1 87days shorter respectively Concolusions Cryoprecipitate from plasma is effective in accelerating the healing of postoperative wound of the patients with perianal abscess or anal fistula or hemorrhoid
