摘　　要：基因研究所引发的一系列法律问题 ,已成为法学界关注的新课题。本文立足于国内外基因研究所存在的一些问题 ,探讨对基因研究进行法律控制的必要性 。Gene research has resulted in a series of legal problems, which have been the new toipics among legal faculty. This thesis, based on the phenomena of gene research from home and abroad, discusses the necessity of legal control over gene research and is influence to China's gene legislation.\;
