摘 要:从医院使用甲功仪的角度全面系统的讨论甲功仪测量的各种误差 ,测定 FH60 4探头的计数率曲线簇 ,讨论它各部分屏蔽的意义。分析标准源和病人测定的定位误差。利用能谱仪测量了样模对131I谱分布的影响 ,从能谱角度分析常稳和长期稳定性。介绍了几种改进稳定性刻度仪器的方法。在讨论统计误差的基础上提供了一些合理的测量方法 ,可以作为制定标准的参考。结果对医院选择甲功仪、医生使用甲功仪和厂方设计均有益。In the essay, a variety of possible errors in the measurement of thyroid function was fully discussed in view of hospital using thyroid function instrument. Characteristic count rate curves for FH604 probe are measured and the significance for shield of the probe is discussed. Positional errors in the measurements of standard source and patients are analyzed. The influence of neck model on the 131 I energy spectrum is measured. Routine stability and long period stability were studied according to the energy spectrum. Several methods on scaling thyroid function instrument for improving the stability are introduced. Some reasonable measuring methods and suggestions on standardization are put up. The results would be helpful in the selection of thyroid function instrument for hospitals, the uses of the instrument for doctors and design for manufacturers.
