摘 要:利用XRD技术研究了沉积金属盐结合水热处理引起的HY型沸石晶胞收缩。结果表明 ,金属盐的存在对水热处理引起的Y型沸石晶胞收缩具有促进或抑制作用。这种作用取决于金属盐水溶液或金属盐热分解生成的金属氧化物的酸碱性质。酸性氛围对HY型沸石晶胞收缩有利 ,反之亦然。沉积硝酸铝或钼酸铵的存在明显强化了HY型沸石晶胞收缩。对硝酸铝这种作用归因于盐溶液的酸性 ;对钼酸铵这种作用归因于热分解生成的酸性金属氧化物。变化铝盐引入量和水热处理温度 。The effect of metal salt deposition together with hydrothermal treatment of HY zeolite on unit cell shrinkage was studied. The result indicated that the degree of unit cell shrinkage, which was caused by metal salt deposition, depended on the acid base properties of the aqueous solution and the corresponding oxide formed after thermal decomposition of the salt. It was also found that aluminum nitrate deposition could significantly promote the unit cell shrinkage, which cou1d be further enhanced with increased amount of aluminum nitrate deposition and/or elevated temperature of hydrothermal treatment.
