摘  要:用硬脂酸和己二酸对溶胶 凝胶 超临界干燥法制备的TiO2 纳米粒子进行表面改性 ,不仅解决了TiO2 纳米粒子在有机介质中的分散性问题 ,而且由于表面修饰层的存在 ,控制了纳米粒子的进一步长大和团聚。在四球摩擦试验机上考察了表面改性纳米粒子的摩擦学性质 ,结果表明 ,脂肪酸修饰的TiO2 纳米粒子具有突出的减小磨损的性能 ,承载能力明显优于T2 0 2。The surface of nanosized TiO 2 particles was modified with stearic acid and adipic acid. It was proved that a covalent bond formed by chemical reaction between hydroxylic groups on the surface of TiO 2 particles and organic long chain of such as adipic acid or stearic acid. The surface of TiO 2 was coated with a modified layer of aliphatic chains. The polarity of nanosized particles was changed and the particles were steadily suspended in organic solvents or lubricating oil. The tribological properties of the surface modified nanosized particles were investigated on the four ball machine. The results showed that these additives had excellent extreme perssure value and anti wear ability.
