商会组织的国际比较及对我国进出口商会发展的启示

摘　　要：为了加快进出口商会的自身建设 ,促进我国对外贸易的长足发展 ,在对国内外有关商会组织的大量资料进行了系统整理、总结和分析的基础上 ,从商会的立法、性质、建立、决策权和管理权的关系、职能和作用、财政来源多元化 ,商会与政府的关系等方面对国外商会组织进行了比较分析 。Based on the systematic arranging, summarizing and analyzing of the large quantity of data about the foreign and interior chambers, the foreign chambers's legislation, character, foundation, relationship with government, the seperation of administration and policy decision, function and action and many faceted of fianicial source through arranging, summarizing and analyzing a lot of foreign material and documents were analyzed. Some successful experience which are good for China chambers of commerce for import and export can be obtained. Thereby we need to speed up the construction of chambers themselves to promote the developing of our international trade.
