摘 要:以CaO -P2 O5-SiO2 玻璃系统为基础成分 ,添加适量的F- ,Mg2 + 等离子 ,经过适当的热处理 ,制备出了含有氟磷灰石和氟金云母相的可切削生物活性微晶玻璃 .用差热分析 (DTA) ,扫描电镜 (SEM) ,X射线衍射 (XRD)等对该微晶玻璃的显微结构及主晶相的种类进行了研究 ,并对材料的可切削性及强度进行了测定 .实验结果表明 :该材料具有较高的抗弯强度和优良的可切削性 ,其平均抗弯强度为 2 0 2MPa ;该材料在 15s内的钻削深度为 2 .Apatite and mica-containing glass-ceramics of CaO-P2O5-MgO-SiO2-F system can be used to repair and reconstruct diseased or damaged bones and teeth in the medicinal prosthetics field, due to their biocompatibility and bioactivity. In this work, a kind of machinable bioactive glass-ceramics, containing fluorapatite and fluorophlogopite crystals, was prepared by adding F-, Mg2+ to CaO-P2O5-MgO-SiO2 glasses, and by controlling phase-separation in the heat-treatment processing. The principal crystalline phases in the glass-ceramics were identified with the help of DTA, SEM and XRD. The results show that the glass-ceramics have higher bending strength and good machinable property. The average bending strength is 202 MPa and the drilling depth can reach 2.1 mm within 15 s.
