摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯 (TBT)和三乙醇胺 (TEOA)为主要原料 ,配制其摩尔比为 1∶2的均匀溶液 ,于 10 0℃处理 8~ 12h ,获得无色透明的凝胶 ;凝胶在 14 0~ 15 0℃陈化 48~ 72h生成TiO2 粉体 .采用X射线衍射、透射电镜等方法对所得粉体进行了表征 .实验主要研究了凝胶化过程、氨用量等条件对产物形貌和尺寸的影响 .研究结果表明 ,采用这种凝胶 -水热法可合成平均长径比为 4∶1,均匀分散的纺锤形TiO2A homogeneous mixture of tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) and triethanolamine (TEOA) was used as source materials ( at molar ratio 1∶2 ). It was aged for 8 to 12 h at 100 ℃ to form a highly viscous transparent gel. Titanium dioxide particles were synthesized by means of hydrothermal crystallizing of the gel at 140-150 ℃ for 48-72 h. The as_prepared particles were characterized by XRD and TEM. The influence of the aging process for gelatination and the ammonia concentration on the shape and size of the as_prepared titanium dioxide particles was mainly investigated. It is showed that uniform spindle titanium dioxide particles in an average aspect ratio of 4∶1 can be obtained by the presented gel-hydrothermal process.
