摘 要:采用无机盐先驱体 ,溶胶 -凝胶法制备了Al2 O3-ZrO2 双组分溶胶 ,对溶胶膜的早期干燥过程进行了研究 .利用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同干燥制度下薄膜的典型形貌 .结果表明 :Al2 O3-ZrO2 陶瓷薄膜的早期干燥过程存在着两个恒速干燥期 ,第 1恒速干燥期的干燥速度明显高于第 2恒速干燥期 .在早期干燥过程中温度的作用非常明显 ,随着温度的升高 ,薄膜质量损失率急剧增加 .分级干燥制度可以获得光滑平整。The Al 2O 3-ZrO 2 sols were prepared using zirconyl nitrate[ZrO(NO 3) 2·2H 2O], aluminium nitrate, yttrium nitrate [Y(NO 3) 3·6H 2O] and hexamethylene tetramine[(CH 2) 6N 4] as starting materials. The Al 2O 3-ZrO 2 films were prepared using the culture dish as the substrate and the rules of mass loss at different temperatures were studied by electrooptical analytical balance. The typical micrographs of the films dried on different conditions were observed by SEM. The results show that there are two drying periods with constant speeds during the drying process. The drying speed of the first period is bigger than the second one. With the temperature raised, mass loss rate of the film increases. The white matter separated out appears on the films dried at room temperature. There are many cracks on the films dried at 50 ℃ and 80 ℃. The smooth and crack free films can only be obtained by step_drying.
