摘  要:用膜天平测量了两种原油———稠油和稀油在水面上形成的油膜的膜压 ,考察了水相pH及水溶性破乳剂SP16 9对油膜性质的影响。实验结果表明 ,稠油比稀油有更高的膜压 ;油膜中油量越大 ,膜压越高 ;水相 pH越大 ,膜压越高。破乳剂SP16 9可使膜压显著降低 ,并可促使原油在水面上聚集成滴。The film characteristics of viscous crude oil and thin crude oil was studied with Langmuir (film ) balance. The results showed that the film pressure of viscous crude oil was much higher and much stronger than that of thin crude oil. The more the amount of crude oil on air-water interface, the higher the film pressure. The film pressure whether of viscous crude oil or of thin crude oil rose with the increase of pH of aqueous phase, especially in the case of thin oil. Demuisifier (SP169) in water can reduce oil film pressure. When the content of SP169 in water reached 15 μg/g, the crude oil could not spread on the water surface.
