摘  要:进行了三种高凝原油的管道输送实验及粘温曲线的测定等实验室研究。实验结果表明 ,三种原油的粘温特性相似 ,各种原油管道输送压降拐点与其粘度拐点温度基本一致 ,只要输油管道末站油温≮ 2 6℃ ,便可安全输送。研究结果为安全、经济输油生产提供了理论依据。Transportive experiments through pipeline and measurements of the visco-temperature curves are studied in the laboratory. Experiments show that the visco-temperature characteristics are similar to one another for three kinds of per-condensation crudes. And experimental results indicate that both visco-temperature turning point and pressure-drop turning point are basically accordant to each per-condensation crude. It is safety temperature if the crude temperature at the end point of the transportive pipeline is higher than 26℃. Theoretical basis is supplied for the production of the safe and economical transporting crude with the use of these researches.
