PA1010/高岭土杂化材料的制备和探讨

摘　　要：以 PA10 10为基质 ,高岭土为添加剂 ,利用溶液插层法制备了一系列杂化材料。红外分析、X射线衍射、热分析、粒径测定表明 ,合成的杂化材料具有很好的结晶性和耐热性 ,5 %热失重温度均在 35 4℃以上。并且平均粒径分布在 34μm左右。 SEM分析证明杂化材料 PA10 10片层约为 0 .A series of hybrid materials were synthesized by intercalation in solution using PA1010 as matrix, bolus alba as additive. Measurements of FT TR, WAXD, thermal analysis and particle diameter distribution indicate that these hybrid materials have good crystallization and heat resistance. The 5% mass loss temperatures of all materials are higher than 354 ℃. The particle diameter distribution of LG3 is about 34 μm. SEM results show the layer structure of PA1010 is around 0.2 μm.
