摘  要:采用双波长系数补偿紫外分光光度法同时测定炼厂废水中的苯酚和苯胺 ,既可用双波长原理消除共存组分的干扰 ,又可使双波长法灵敏度提高到单波长水平。对酸度、水中共存物进行考察 ,结果表明 ,在 pH =11.4时 ,选择 2 2 4nm/ 2 34nm为苯酚测定波长对 ,2 40nm/ 2 2 8nm为苯胺测定波长对进行测定 ,可省去萃取、蒸馏、显色等预处理分离共存物干扰步骤 ,直接进行测定 ,操作简便、灵敏、速度快。与未用系数补偿的双波长法比较 ,苯酚的灵敏度提高 4.0倍 ,苯胺的灵敏度提高 11.1倍。对合成样品进行分析 ,苯酚相对误差≤± 3 .5 % ,相对标准偏差≤ 2 .8% ,苯胺相对误差≤± 4.0 % ,相对标准偏差≤ 3 .3 % ,加标回收率分别为 96 .0 %~ 10 4.0 %和 97.3%~ 10 3 .5 % ,结果满意 。In this paper,the method of determination of phenol and aniline in refinery wastewater by double-wavelength coefficient compensate ultraviolet spectrophotometry was proposed. Using this method , disturbance matter was dispelled by double-wavelength principle and sensitivity was as high as single-wavelength method. At pH=11.4,the phenol and aniline are determined respectively at 224 nm/234 nm and 240 nm/228 nm. In this method,the pretreatment steps such as extraction,distillation,color develop are not needed,the sample is directly determined,the operation is simple,convenient,sensitive,accurate and fast. This method is compared with double-wavelength method without using coefficient compensate,the sensitivity of phenol increased 4.0 times and sensitivity of aniline increased 11.1 times.The synthetic samples were determined by the method,the relative error of phenol is less than ±3.5%,the relative standard deviation of phenol is less than 2.8%,the relative error of aniline is less than ±4.0%,the relative standard deviation of aniline is less than 3.3%. The wastewater samples in refinery were determined by the method, the rates of recovery of phenol and aniline are 96.0%~104.0% and 97.3%~103.5% respectively,the results are satisfactory.
