摘 要:三聚磷酸钠等含磷助剂具有优良的助洗性能 ,在合成洗涤剂行业曾被广泛使用。 70年代以来 ,磷对水体造成的“富营养化”日益严重 ,代磷助剂的研究非常活跃。 4A沸石是一种理想的代磷助剂。以铝矾土为原料 ,合成洗涤剂用 4A沸石 ,降低了原料成本 ;采用化工原料法 ,在水热合成条件下 ,引入非晶态晶化导向剂 ,提高了 4A沸石质量 ,并将总反应时间由原来的 5~ 7h缩短到 80min。通过考察铝矾土的转化率、晶化导向剂加入量、成胶时间、成胶温度、晶化时间等对钙离子交换性能的影响 ,确定了最佳的工艺条件 ,得到了结晶粒度高、钙离子交换度性能优异的沸石产品 ,主要指标达到或超过国家行业标准。洗涤剂用 4A沸石生产成本大幅度降低 。Phosphorus-containing additives such as sodium tripolyphosphate have excellent properties as detergent assistant, and they had been widely used in the detergent industry. The research for replacing these phosphorus-containing assistant has been paid much more attentions during the last three decades because the over-nutrition in the water is more and more serious. 4A zeolite is an ideal non-phosphorus detergent assistant. By employing bauxite as raw material, the detergent assistant 4A zeolite is synthesized, the synthetic cost is decreased. Under hydrothermal synthetic conditions, the quality of product is increased by introducing amorphous crystallization director, and the total reaction time is shortened from 5~7 h to 80 min. The optimal synthetic conditions are determined by investigating the effects of conversion of bauxite, the amount of crystallization director added, gel formation time and temperature on the calcium ion exchange performance. Thus, the 4A zeolite product with high crystallization granularity and excellent calcium exchangeability is obtained. The main index of the product reaches or exceeds the trade standard. The production cost of this 4A zeolite as detergent assistant is much more decreased, and it will promote the non-phosphorus course of detergent in domestic market.
