摘 要:以四氯化钛和氯化锶为原料、碳酸铵和氨水作沉淀剂化学共沉淀法合成钛酸锶粉体 ,研究了工艺条件对产品纯度和锶钛比的影响 ,最佳反应条件为 :氯化锶与四氯化钛摩尔比为 1.0 2 ,碳酸铵与氯化锶摩尔比为 1.4 0 ,反应温度为室温 ,反应时间 4h ,pH =10 ,煅烧温度 90 0℃ ,煅烧时间 4h。所得产品经化学、红外光谱、电镜、X—射线衍射和原子发射光谱分析 ,分析结果显示 :产品纯度高、粒径小。The strontium titanate powder was synthesized by chemical coprecipitation method,when TiCl 4 and SrCl 2·6H 2O were used as raw materials and (NH 4) 2CO 3 and NH 3·H 2O as precipitation agents.The influences of technology conditions on the purity of product and its ratio of Sr to Ti were studied.The optimal reaction conditions are as follows:SrCl 2/TiCl 4=1.02(mol);(NH 4) 2CO 3/SrCl 2=1.40;reaction temperature:room temperature;reaction time=4 h;pH=10;calcining temperature=900 ℃;calcining time=4 h.Product prepared was analyzed by chemical analysis,IR,SEM,X-Ray and AES,the analysis results show that the purity of strontium titanate powder prepared is high,particle diameter is small and the ratio of Sr to Ti is good.
