摘  要:通过实验的方法测量出不同模具的喷嘴压力曲线,证实模腔几何形状与喷嘴压力之间存在确定的关系.为注射速度分级参数的自动设定提供依据。最后,首次给出了依据喷嘴压力曲线确定分级注射速度参数的算法。实验表明:该方法可一次给出所有可能的分级注射参数,高效可靠。Experiment methodology that measures the nozzle pressure of different molds has been proposed which proved that there existed the internal relationship between nozzle pressure and shape of cavity. The important factors that affect the flow rate about the geometry shape of the cavity have been identified. A simple and practical algorithm that automatic setting the injection velocity profiles according to the nozzle pressure curve has first been given. Based on this method, the velocity profiles without the precise geometry shape of the cavity (include the sprue,runner and gate) can be set. The geometry property of the cavity has been reflected on the pressure curve of the nozzle.
