摘  要:目的 探讨双抗体夹心斑点金免疫渗滤法 (S- DIGFA)在现场的应用价值。方法 在原已建立的以抗 2 6 k Da GST基因重组蛋白多克隆抗体为捕获抗体兼测示抗体的 S- DIGFA的基础上 ,应用该法检测血吸虫病中度流行区和传播阻断地区人群的血清共 1388份 ,并以双抗体夹心EL ISA(S- EL ISA)作对照。结果 用 S- DIGFA和 S- EL ISA平行检测血吸虫病中度流行区人群血清30 0份 ,阳性检出率分别为 15 .7%和 17.3% ;两法检测血吸虫病传播阻断地区人群血清 10 88份 ,阳性检出率分别为 3.9%和 3.7%。结论  S- DIGFA检测循环抗原可在现场扩大应用和作血清流行病学调查。Objective To explore the application value of double antibody sandwich dot immuno gold filtration assay (S DIGFA) in the field. Methods On the basis of developed S DIGFA which used anti 26 kDa GST recombinant protein polyclonal antibody as capturing and detecting antibody, 1388 sera from the population of schistosomiasis middle epidemic area and transmitting blocking area were detected by S DIGFA, and by the double antibody sandwich ELISA(S ELISA) as control. Results Three hundred sera from the population of schistisomiasis middle epidemic area were parallelly detected by S DIGFA and S ELISA. The positive rates were 15 7% and 17 3%, respectively Detecting 1088 sera from the population of transmitting blocking area, the positive rates were 3 9% and 3.7%, respectively. Conclusion The detection of circulating antigen with S DIGFA can be applied in the field, and used as an epidemiological tool for survey.
