摘　　要：结合揭阳老市区 10kV配电网络的实际 ,着重阐述电压调节和无功补偿在城市配电网改造中节能降损的重要作用 ,提出配电网电压调节和无功补偿的方法 ,并指出当前城网改造中应大力应用电压调节和无功补偿技术。According to the facts of the old urban 10 kV power distribution network in Jieyang City,this paper especially expatiates on the important action of voltage control and reactive power compensation on reducing losses of urban distribution network,and puts forward some voltage control and reactive power compensation means. Finally its concluded that the voltage control and reactive power compensation technology should be applied widely during the current reform of urban network.
