摘  要:报道声门前高频喷射通气(HFJV)对犬在呼吸肌麻痹和呼吸停止3分钟时呼吸与循环功能的影响,并对在临床麻醉诱导无呼吸期时的病人进行了使用观察和PaCO_2和PaO_2分析。研究表明,声门前HFJV可提高呼吸复苏的成功率,降低并发症和死亡率。The effects of high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) cranial to the glottis on the respiratory and cardiac functions of the dog were observed immediately after the respiratory muscles had been para lyzed and respiration had stopped for three minutes. This technique was also applied to apneic patients in induced anesthesia, and the changes in their paco_2 were analysed. The study indicated that HFJV cra nial to the glottis could promote the rate of successful respiratory resuscitation and reduce complications and mortality.
