斯氏狸殖吸虫宿主转换的实验研究

摘　　要：用斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经口感染小鼠、大鼠,分期剖检,在体腔、肌肉、肝、肺等脏器均获得童虫,大部分童虫形态结构与脱囊后尾蚴无异。将所获童虫在小鼠与小鼠、大鼠与大鼠、小鼠与大鼠之间进行宿主转换,虫体仍处于童虫状态。囊蚴感染后所获的童虫转入适宜宿主犬体后,在肺部检获发育成熟的成虫。实验证明,斯氏狸殖吸虫经宿主转换可介导转续传播。Mice and rats were infected orally with metacercariae of Pagumogonimus skrjabini and juveniles were obtained from the body cavities, muscle,liver and lung of mice and rats. The morphology and structure of most juveniles were similar to those of excysted metacercariae. The above juveniles re- mained immatured after being transferred orally from mice to mice, rats to rats and mice to rats, but the juveniles transferred from mice and rats could further mature in the lung of dogs, their suitable hosts. This suggests that host transfers of Pagumogonimus skrjabini can induce paratenic transmission for this parasite.
