应用显微外科技术修复指神经损伤探讨

摘　　要：报告应用显微外科技术修复27例36指神经损伤的治疗。21例为急诊手术,6例为二期手术。随访3个月～3年,结果:优13指,良18指,差5指;优良率急诊手术为90％,二期手术为50％。认为需彻底清创,在无张力下缝合神经,神经移植宜采用腓肠皮神经小的束支,并对本组效果不佳的原因等进行了讨论。Twenty seven cases including 36 digital nerve injuries were repaired with microsurgical tech- nique. Of them 21 cases were first aid operation and 6 cases secondary operation. The patients were fol- lowed up for 1～3 years. The results showed 13 excellent, 18 fair and 5 invalid. The total effective rate was 90% of first aid operation and 50% of secondary operation. thorough debridement is reguired and the nerve should be sutured without tension. Small fascicle of the sural nerve is used for nerve graft. The cause of ineffectiveness was discussed.
