摘 要:溶出伏安法测定尿铜需将尿样先消化,本文改用盐酸酸化后加入Tritonx—100等底液,即可用溶出伏安法测尿铜。本法检出下限为2.5pp^b,变异系数4.54—6.45%,回收率82.35—108.33%,铜含量在10—100pp^b与溶出电流峰有良好的线性关系。本法分别与尿样消化后再测定和原子吸收光谱法比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),亦密切相关(P>0.05)。本法快速,简单,实用。Conventionally urine samples should be digested before anodic stripping uoltammetry for the determination of its copper content. The present study acidified the urine sample with HCl at first,then added triton x-100 and potassium chloride into the solution ,The copper in urine was directly determinated by anodic stripping voltammetry. The results showed that the detection limit of copper was 2.5 ppb,the coefficient of variation was 4.54-6.45% ,the rate of recovery was 82.35-108.33% and that the current wave peak was linearly proportional to the concentration of copper in the range from 10--100ppb. Comparative studies made with determination after digestion of urine and with method of atomic absorption spectrum respectively showed no significant difference (P>0.05)and closely related to one another (r>0.05). This method proved to be quick,simple and practical.
