老年人肺心病合并冠心病21例临床分析

摘　　要：分析了老年人肺心病合并冠心病21例,占同期老年肺心病患者的14％,均具备肺心病和冠心病之诊断标准。男18例,女3例;年龄60～92岁,平均70.6岁;病程最短3年,最长40年,平均15.9年。对两病症状、体征及辅助检查进行了分析,表明两病并发时常互相掩盖。强调动态观察,以利诊断,避免漏诊。Twenty one cases of cor Pulmonale complicated with corongry heart disease in the aged have been reported,occupying 14% of comtemporary cases of cor pulmonale. The diagnosis of the patients coincided with the standards for cor pulmonale and coronary heart disease. Of them 18 patients were male and 3 female,aged from 60 to 92 with an average of 70.6 years. The course of disease extended from 3 to 40 years,averaged 15.9 years. Analysis of the symptoms,signs and supplementary examinations of the patients showed that cor pulmonale complicated with coronary heart disease used to be confused with each other. It is emphasized that dynamic observations should be taken to facilitate diagnosis and to avoid missed diagnosis.
