胎肝细胞治疗再生障碍性贫血的观察(附93例报告)

摘　　要：报告了再生障碍性贫血93例的治疗分两组进行,Ⅰ组用激素类和免疫调节剂类药物,Ⅱ组是前述药物加胎肝细胞悬液输注。Ⅰ组的近期和远期总有效率分别为36%和20%;Ⅱ组的近期和远期总有效率分别为71.6%和72.1%,两组对比 P<0.01。并对胎肝细胞悬液输注疗法进行了讨论。The treatment of ninety three patients with aplastic anemia has been reported.The patients were divided into two grorps.Hormonic and immunoregulatory agents were given to the first group.Infusion of fetal liver cell suspension added to the therapy mentioned above was given to the second group.In the first group,the total effective rates were 36% (short term)and 20% (long term)while in the second group they were 71.6% and 72.1% respectively.The therapeutic effect proved to be much better in the second group(P<0.01)than in the first.The mechanism of fetal liver tansplantation has been dis- cussed as well.
