摘 要:报告对颚口线虫进行有关学科的综合研究。结果:生物学方面,据SEM显示,江西地区猪胃寄生颚口线虫确为刚刺颚口线虫。流行病学方面,对长江中下游流域和湖泊水域地区终宿主和中间宿主进行调查,发现终宿主——猪的成虫阳性率8.22%(131/1592),猫胃未见成虫;中间宿主——淡水鱼体内幼虫感染率比前人报道为低。生物化学方面,对刚剌颚口线虫雌、雄虫抗原液氨基酸含量测定,二者含量大致相仿,有助于发展标志免疫诊断。兔疫学方面,用自制刚剌颚口线虫成虫抗原致敏绵羊红细胞进行间接血凝试验,具有一定的敏感性和特异性,简便、快速。病理学方面,刚剌颚口线虫成虫寄生于猪胃粘膜上,粘膜下层呈严重炎症反应及纤维结缔组织增生。A Study of Gnathostoma showed:(1)Biological study:Active worms of Gnathostoma parasitizing in the stomach of pig in Jiangxi Province observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM),proved to be Gnathostoma hispidum. (2)Epidemiological study:Definitive host (pig) and intermediate host (fresh-water fish)of Gnathostoma were investigated in the middle and Iower of Yangtze river basin and inland Iakes. The infective rate of adult worms of G. hispidum in pig wa 8.22%(131/1592). No adult worm was found in cats' stomach. The infective rate of the Iarvae in the intermediate host,freshwater fish, was much Iower than that of previously reported. (3)Biochemical study:Amino acids content of adult G. hispidum antigen showed no significant difference between male and female worms. (4)Immunological study:Indirect haemaggiutination test (IHA) using self-made adult G. hispidum antigen had certain sensitivity and specificity and the method was simple, quick and worthy to be extensively applied. (5)Pathologicai study:Adult worms of G. hispidum parasitized in the gastric mucosa of pig, with severeinflammatory reaction and hyperplasia of fibrous tissue in the submueosa.
