失血性休克失代偿后行声门外HFJV的实验研究

摘　　要：用犬12条复制失血性休克模型,设实验组和对照组各6条。实验组对进入失代偿期后的失血性休克犬进行声门外 HFJV 治疗。结果:实验组失代偿间期延长(P<0.05),是对照组的2.1倍;不可逆期120min 死亡率降低,MAP 有明显上升过程;在不可逆期30min 内,MAP 下降速度减慢(P<0.05);动脉血 NE、DA 及5-HT 浓度下降(P<0.01)。提示失血性休克失代偿后进行声门外HFJV 有一定疗效。The model of hemorrhagic shock was induced in twelve dogs.The animals were equally diveded into experimental group and control group.The hemorrhagic shock dogs were treated with the HFJV outside the glottis after broken compensation.Results:the borken compensation period of experimental group was lengthened(P<0.05),being 2.1 times that of the control group;the MAP rose was obvi- ous.The 120 min death rate decreased in irreversible period.The MAP fall slowed(P<0.05)in 30 min irreversible period.The NE,DA and 5-HT concentration of arterial blood decreased(P<0.01). The results suggest that HFJV outside the glottis was effective in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock after broken compensation.
