血吸虫病兔血清5-羟色胺同抗体关系的研究

摘　　要：10只家兔随机分成两组,重感染组每只感染日本血吸虫尾蚴1200条,轻感染组感染日本血吸虫尾蚴200条,观察两组家兔血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)同抗体的关系。发现:感染后第15d 两组家兔血清5-HT 含量均增高,且抗体高的重感染组5-HT 增高更多;5-HIAA 亦随抗体增高而升高,感染后第15d、第30d 重感染组比轻感染组更明显。结果表明:血吸虫病兔免疫反应可影响血清5-HT、5-HIAA 含量。血清5-HT、5-HIAA 同抗体含量具一定相关性。Ten rabbits were divided into two groups randomly:the heavily infected group with 1200 and lightly infected group with 200 Schistosoma japonicum cercaria in each rabbit.The relationship be- tween 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)or hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA)and antibody in rabbit serum of either group was observed.It was found that 5-HT contents in serum of both groups increased on day 15 postinfection and the increase was more obvious in heavily infected group with higher anti- body content than that of lightly infected group,that the level of 5-HIAA in the serum of both groups increased simultaneously with increase of antibody and the increase was more remarkable on day 15 and 30 postinfection in heavily infected group than that in the lightly in fected group.The results indi- cate that immunoreaction can affect contents of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in the serum of rabbits srffering from Schistosoma japonicum,that contents of serum 5-HT or 5-HIAA and antibody are correlated.
