血中超氧化物歧化酶和脂质过氧化物含量及其临床意义

摘　　要：本文观察30例冠心病、48例高血压病、24例健康人红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)含量及血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量变化。结果表明:冠心病组和高血压病组红细胞 SOD 含量较健康对照组为低(均为 P<0.05);其血清 LPO 含量较健康对照组升高(分别为 P<0.01,P<0.05)。对冠心病血清 LPO 与血脂、血糖进行了相关分析。The contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxides(LPO)in the blood of thirty pa- tients with coronary heart disease,48 With essential hypertension and 24 normal adults were investi- gates.The results showed:(1)The level of SOD in red cells of patients with coronary heart disease and essential hypertension was lower than that of normal group(P<0.05)in both;(2)The level of LPO in the former two groups was higher than that of the nomal group(P<0.05).The interrelationship be- tween LPO in serum and blood lipids,blood glucose has been analysed.
