发酵冬虫夏草菌粉对老年虚证患者自由基代谢的影响

摘　　要：测定了33例老年虚证患者服用金水宝胶囊(每粒含发酵虫草菌粉0.33 g)前后,及停药4个月后的红细胞超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性和血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量。同时设对照组(26例)服用淀粉胶囊及青年空白对照组(30例)。结果表明:治疗组服药后与服药前比较,SOD 活性明显上升,MDA 含量明显下降(P 值均<0.01);停药4个月后血浆 MDA 仍低于服药前(P<0.01);对照组服药前后这二项指标差异无意义。表明发酵虫草菌粉具有提高 SOD 活性、降低 MDA 含量的功能,有一定的延缓衰老的作用。The activity of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the content of plasma malondialde- hyde(MDA)of thirty—three patients with senile deficiency syndrome who took Jinshuibao capsules containing 0.33 g fermented product of paecilomyces hepiali per capsule were measured before and af- ter taking the drug,and four months after withdrawal.At the same time,the control group(26 cases) taking starch capsules and youth blank control group(30 cases)were set up.It was found that the SOD activity of treated patients remarkably increased and MDA amount decreased after taking the drug (both P<0.01);furthermore,the plasma MDA after four months of drawal was still much lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),No sigmificant difference between the two indeces were observed in the control group.The results suggest that the fermented product of the fungus can raise SOD activity and reduce plasma MDA,and trerefore have aging delaying effect.
