小儿体外循环病人内毒素血症的监测及意义

摘　　要：本文报告11例小儿体外循环(CPB)病人血浆内毒素(LPS)的动态变化。结果显示:CPB 中 LPS 浓度显著升高,术后24 h 降至术前水平(P>0.05);术后 LPS 平均浓度与术后多巴胺,速尿的使用量呈正相关(r=0.73,P<0.05),说明 LPS 值的高低影响着术后患儿的恢复。本文还对CPB 中内毒素血症的成因及影响因素进行了探讨。This paper reports the dynamic changes of serum Iipopolysaccharide(LPS)following cardiopul- monary bypass(CPS)in eleven children,The value of LPS increased significantly during CPB and re- duced to preoperative level 24 hours after operation,There was positive correlation between postopera- tive mean plasma LPS and the dosage of Lasix or Dopaminum used(r=0.73,P<0.05),showing that the level of LPS affected the patients recovery.The causes and influencing factors of ETM were dis- cussed.
