青紫型法乐氏三联症八例手术前后临床观察

摘　　要：报告了8例青紫型法乐氏三联症手术治疗的结果。其中4例按传统术式疏通右室流出道及肺动脉瓣,修补卵圆孔未闭(或房缺),结果2例死于术后低心排。另4例仅行右室流出道及肺动脉瓣的疏通,术后全部康复。对该病手术前后有关情况进行了初步讨论。The results of radical correction of eight cases with cyanotic Trilogy of Fallot have been reported. The first 4 cases were operated according to conventional ways by widening the right ventricular out- flow tract or the pulmonary stenosis and suturing the atrial septal defect(patent foramen ovale).A- mong these,there were 2 deaths due to low cardiac output.The other 4 cases were treated only by widening the right ventricular outflow tract and pulmonary stenosis.All of then recovered.A prelimi- nary discussion on perioperative hemodynamic changes of Trilogy of Fallot was caried out.
