摘　　要：194 5年 5～ 6月黄华与美国驻华大使司徒雷登的非官方会谈 ,到底在多大程度上影响了中共的对美政策 ,一直是学术界关注的一个热点。文章认为 ,194 9年初 ,中共的对美政策已经确定 ,黄华与司徒雷登的会谈对于中美双方来说 ,只是一种策略性的外交试探。当时中共对外政策的核心是建立与苏联的战略同盟关系 ,中共并没有调整对美政策的意图。中美关系的对抗是必然的 。What influence did Huang Hua's unofficial talk between May July 1949 with the American ambassador John Leighton Stuart exerted on the CPC's policy to America? It has always been a focus attended by scholars.At the beginning of 1949,the CPC's policy to America had been established.The CPC was not in a hurry to establish diplomatic relations with countries such as US and Great Britain.Huang Hua's talk with Leighton was only a tactical exploration.The key of the CPC's diplomatic policy was to establish the strategic ally relation with the Soviet Union at that time.The CPC had no intention to readjust its.
