摘　　要：明代晋商在迅速崛起的过程中 ,促进了当地乃至全国经济的发展。商人实力的此消彼长 ,在其兴起阶段就显现为一个动态的过程 ,形成某一阶段的不同类别。该文研究了晋商兴起阶段的类别 。With the rapid formation of Shanxi merchants in the Ming dynasty, there was an acceleration of the shipments both in the local area and in the whole country. Even at the beginning, the rise and fall for their strength showed in a dynamic manner, and thus formed the different kinds for a certain periond. This article focuses on the variety at the beginning and divides it into two types: the official businessmen and the ordinary merchants; the author explains their features and activity forms, and attempts to do some preliminary work for the study of Shanxi Merchants.
