摘　　要：经导管射频消融5例预激综合征患者,其中显性预激综合征2例,隐匿性旁路3例。5例患者均为左侧旁道,旁道位于左游离壁3例,左后间隔2例。全部首次消融成功,无并发症发生,随访6个月无复发。5 patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrom underwent radiofrequency current ablation. All 5 aceesory pathway located on the left side of the heart (3 left-free wall, 2 left postseptal). Ablation was attempted via a large-tip catheter positioned in the left ventricule directly below the mitral annulus. Accessory pathway condition was permanenlty acolished in all the patients0 No severe complications were noted. Catheter radiofrequency current ablation may be an effective and safe therapeutic method for patients with refractory tachycardias mediated by these pathway.
