摘　　要：目前 ,我国存在大量闲置的商品房。这种现象必然对我国经济发展造成一定危害。政府、投资商、消费者必须对此有足够的认识 ,并采取相应对策 ,消除这一危害。There exist considerable numbers of idle commodity houses nowadays in our country, which will cause harm to the development of our country' economy. Government, investors and consumers should be fully aware of this phenomenon and take effective measures to eliminate it.
