摘　　要：介绍以小型铝型材剪切机为对象 ,采用 89C2 0 5单片机实现剪切长度设定、剪切速度、剪切根数显示记录的控制器的研制。设计充分利用了 89C2 0 5单片机所提供的功能接口 ,外部接线极少 ,符合结构紧凑、优化设计的要求。The design of controller in cutting aluminum profile with microcontroller 89C2051 is presented,which implemented to set cutting length,and to show cutting speed or numbers.This uses fully the functions that microcontroller offer,so external wirings are on minimum.It achieves request of the structural compact and optimization design.The controller might ensure that cut off machines operate accurately in high speed.
