摘　　要：目的　报告 1 1例原位心脏移植成功的初步经验。方法　 2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月连续为 1 1例患者行原位心脏移植术 ,其中扩张型心肌病 1 0例 ,复杂性先天性心脏病 1例。标准原位心脏移植手术 1 0例 ,双腔静脉吻合法 1例。结果　所有病例均存活 ,心功能恢复至I～II级 (NYHA) ,围术期无感染或严重排异反应发生。随访期间有 1例巨细胞病毒感染 ,1例排异反应发生。结论　良好的心肌保护。Objective To report our early experience on 11 successful heart transplantations Methods Between May 2000 and May 2001, 11 patients, aged from 12 to 52 years, with diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy in 10 and complicated congenital heart disease in 1, underwent orthotopic heart transplantation at our institute The operative procedures included 10 conventional Stanford orthotopic cardiac transplantation and 1 bicaval anastomotic cardiac transplantation Postoperatively, 6 cases were prescribed with Cyclosporine A+ Corticosteroids+MMF, the others with FK506+Corticosteroids+MMF Results All patients survived In the perioperation period there were no infection or rejection During follow up period, all patients resumed daily work and their cardiac function recovered to grade I II(NYHA);only one patient suffered from cytomegalovirus infection and one acute rejection Conclusion Excellent donor heart conservation and proper immunosuppression treatment were key measures of successful heart transplantation
