静息^(201)Tl,^(201)Tl再分布,Isoket-^(201)Tl再注射显像评价犬梗死心肌存活力的研究

摘　　要：目的　比较 2 0 1 Tl,2 0 1 Tl再分布 ,Isoket- 2 0 1 Tl再注射显像评价犬梗死心肌存活力的差异。方法　制成 9只犬冠状动脉人工结扎模型 ,随机将 9只犬分为三组 ,进行 2 0 1 Tl,2 0 1 Tl再分布 ,Isoket- 2 0 1 Tl再注射显像 ,并观察其病理学改变。结果　 、 、 组犬静息 2 0 1 Tl显像的放射性分布得分分别为 1 7.1± 1 .0 ,1 8.7± 2 .1 ,2 2 .0± 2 .6;静息 2 0 1 　 Tl再分布显像的放射性分布得分分别为 1 5.3± 1 .5,1 7.3± 3.5,2 0 .0± 1 .0 ;Isoket- 2 0 1 Tl再注射显像的放射性分布得分分别为 1 2 .5± 2 .5,1 4 .3± 1 .2 ,1 7.7± 2 .5。且 Isoket- 2 0 1 Tl再注射显像在检测心肌存活力方面与病理学改变一致性良好。结论　 Isoket- 2 0 1Objective In order to compare the difference of thallium 201 and thallium 201 redistribution imaging with Isoket infusion thallium 201 rejection imaging in evaluating canine myocardium viability Methods 9 canines were made to myocardium infarct models by tying left anterior descending artery, 3 canines in each group,the radioactive distribution scores of 3 kinds of imaging were analyzed Results The results show that the radioactive distribution scores of rest thallium 201 are 17 0±1 0,18 7±2 1,and 22 0±2 6 respectively;the radioactive distribution scores of thallium 201 redistribution imaging are 15 3±1 5,17 3±3 5,20 0±1 0;the radioactive distribution scores of Isoket infusion thallium 201 rejection imaging are 12 5±2 5,14 3±1 2,17 7±2 5 Conclusions Isoket infusion thallium 201 reinjection imaging is a value method to evaluate ischemic myocardium viability
