复方甘草片含服与吞服的镇咳祛痰疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 :比较含服和用水吞服复方甘草片对治疗呼吸道感染所致咳嗽、咳痰的疗效。方法 :4 6 5例呼吸道感染病人分为 2组 ,复方甘草片含服组 (含服组 ) 2 32例 [男性 136例 ,女性 96例 ,年龄 (38a±s12a) ]给予复方甘草片 ,2片 ,含服 ,tid× 1wk。复方甘草片吞服组 (吞服组 ) 2 33例 [男性 14 0例 ,女性93例 ,年龄 (39a± 11a) ]给予复方甘草片 ,2片 ,用水吞服 ,tid× 1wk。结果 :含服组的咳嗽和咳痰症状消失 ,治疗 3d的有效率为 74 .1% ,1wk为96 .1% ,吞服组分别为 33.9%和 84 .1% ,2组疗效经 χ2 检验 ,差别有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :复方甘草片含服 ,镇咳。AIM: To compare the effect of glycyrrhiza combinations on cough and phlegm caused by treating respiratory tract infection. METHODS: Four hundred and sixty five patients with respiratory tract infection were divided into two groups. The keeping in mouth group of 232 patients [M 136, F 96; age (38± s 12)a] received glycyrrhiza combinations 2 tab, keeping in mouth, tid for 1 wk. The oral medication group of 233 patents[M 140,F 93; age (39±11)a] received glycyrrhiza combinations 2 tab, oral medication with water, tid for 1 wk. RESULTS: The symptom of cough and expectoration dismissed. The effective rate was 74.1 % after 3 d treatment and 96.1 % after 1 wk treatment in the keeping in mouth group while that was 33.9 % and 84.1 % respectively in the oral medication group. There were obvious differences between two groups( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The effect of glycyrrhiza combinations on antibechine and apophlegmatic by keeping in mouth is better than that by oral medication.
