摘　　要：目的　通过对猫抓病淋巴结肿大图像的分析 ,提高对猫抓病淋巴结肿大的超声表现认识及诊断准确率。方法　系用 B超对 2 3例疑有猫抓病患者肿大淋巴结的部位、大小、形态、数目、包膜及内部回声进行检测。结果　具有猫抓病特征性肿大的淋巴结占本组病例的 6 9.6 % (16 / 2 3例 ) ;猫抓病肿大的淋巴结具有特征性表现 ,即肿大淋巴结内有小簇状稍高回声 ,较大淋巴结周围可见较小淋巴结呈卫星样分布。结论　Objective To discuss the evaluation of B scan ultrasonography in diagnosing enlargement of lymphatic gland in CSD.Methods The ultrasonic apperance of 23 cases of CSD were analyzed retrospectively.Results\ 10 cases(69 6%)have the special ultrasonic apperance of the CSD.The small sporadic cluster high echo in the bigger lymphatic glands and the satellitism between the bigger lymphatic gland and the smaller one maybe thought as the special ultrasonic apperance of the CSD,Conclusion B scan ultrasonography is of great significance for diagnosing CSD.
