摘　　要：目的　探讨肾移植术后患者红细胞膜脂流动性与CyA全血谷药浓度的相关性。方法　采用FPIA法测定CyA全血谷药浓度 ,DPH荧光探针法测定红细胞膜脂流动性。结果　CyA血药浓度与红细胞膜脂流动性呈负相关。 结论　肾移植术后患者长期服用CyA ,导致细胞膜脂流动性降低 。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation between the membrane lipid fluidity (LFU) of red blood cells and the minimum concentration (cmin) of cyclosporin A (CyA) in whole blood after renal transplantation(RT). METHODS: The fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) was used to measure cmin of CyA and the fluorescence polarization technique analysis with reagent DPH was used to measure LFU. RESULTS: The results were statistically analyzed and cmin of CyA appeared negative correlation with LFU. CONCLUSlON: Taking CyA over a long period of time after RT may lead to lower LFU of red blood cells, that may be the pathological base of hepatie damage and complication after operation.
