摘　　要：本文从分析高校图书馆信息用户的需求特点出发，评价了当前图书馆的信息服务模式，提出了图书馆面对信息技术的飞速发展，如何能为其用户提供更多更满意的服务的问题。并对未来图书馆发展信息集成服务的必要性和方向进行了探讨。Based on the analyses the customers demand characteristics of universities library information, the paper evaluates current library information service mode, points out how to supply more satisfying service to customer. Then discusses the necessity and direction of future library developing information integrated service.
