摘  要:比较目前市场上几种硫化剂的优缺点 ,选择一种新型廉价硫化剂RCS代替NaHS、Na2 S或H2 S ,考察了新型硫化剂在粗钨酸钠溶液中生成硫代钼酸钠分离钨钼的效果。对含WO3 10 0g/L ,Mo 1 2g/L ,NaOH 16g/L的工业钨酸钠溶液控制游离S2 -浓度 4~ 6g/L ,硫化pH值 8 2~ 8 4,70℃硫化 2h ,用 3%N2 6 3单级萃取检查钼硫化效果 ,钼的萃取率可达 96 %以上 ,用紫外 可见光谱判断在此条件下硫化物主要是MoOS3 2 -和MoS4 2 -。A new economical sulfide reagent instead of NaHS, Na 2S or H 2S was selected by contrast with the advantages and drawbacks of several sulfide reagents sold in the market. The effect of separation of molybdenum from tungsten by preparation of sodium thiomolybdate with new sulfide reagent was studied. The results show that the removal rate of molybdenum for one stage extraction can reach over 96% for industrial Na 2WO 4 solution containing WO 3 100 g/L, Mo 1 2 g/L, NaOH concentration 16 g/L, when free S 2- concentration is 4~6 g/L, pH is 8 2~8 4 and sulfide time at 70℃ is 2 h, the form of solfide products of molybdenum is mainly MoOS 3 2- and MoS 4 2- by contrast with UV visible spectrum.
