摘 要:采用溶胶 -凝胶法在基板上涂覆了ZrO2 涂层 .通过XRD和SEM研究了热处理温度对涂层相结构和形貌的影响 ,采用动电位极化曲线评估了涂覆样品的电化学腐蚀行为 ,并与原始样进行了比较 .结果显示 ,80 0℃和4 0 0℃热处理的涂层有好的耐腐蚀性能 ,并分别提高低碳钢基板的寿命 6 3和 2 4倍 ;相反 ,6 0 0℃热处理的涂层 。Zirconia coatings were deposited on mild steel by sol-gel method.The temperature dependence on phase structure and morphology of coatings were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The electrochemical corrosion of mild steel was evaluated through potentiodynamic polarization curves without and with zirconia coatings.The results show that the coatings heat-treated at 800 and 400℃ for 1h have good corrosion resistance,and increase the life time of the mild steel by a factor of 6.3 and 2.4,respectively.In contrast,the coating obtained at 600℃ have no positive effect on the corrosion resistance of the substrate.
